Great little motor.When my Fathers furnace went out he went down to the local dealer with the old motor in hand and they priced it out at about 5 times as much as this motor costs! I told him to check out Amazon for a replacement and we entered in a search for HC27UE120. This came back and after about a week he received his motor. The rubber mounts fit in the new motor and the motor was an exact fit. What can I say Amazon comes through again(and Electric Motor Warehouse).
